How to Take
Before start taking any new medicine please consult with a doctor. The tablet is typically taken before planned sexual activity, according to the guidance of a healthcare professional. Swallow the tablet whole with water. The effects of tadalafil can last up to 36 hours. It should not be used more than once within a 24-hour period. Mixing this medication with alcohol or nitrates is dangerous and can cause life-threatening heart or blood pressure issues. Use under medical supervision is advised, particularly in patients with underlying health conditions.
